Primary point of contact

A primary point of contact must be designated to each Tax ID participating in the Broker Rewards Program. The contact is responsible for:

  • Communicating with Delta Dental
  • Responding to any questions or concerns
  • Commission statements
  • Providing updated notices or changes
  • Any other program communications

Should this person no longer be involved with the program, Delta Dental must be notified of a new primary contact by emailing brokerrewards@delta.org.
